1. Definitions

In these Terms:
“Buyer” means any individual or entity purchasing Goods from the Website.
“Conditions” means these Terms and Conditions of Sale.
“Contract” means a sales contract formed when the Seller accepts the Buyer’s order.

The Website is independently operated by WASON TRADING LIMITED, which sells products directly to consumers.
We do not act as a marketplace or intermediary for any third-party sellers.
A Contract is formed when the Buyer places an order, completes payment, and receives an order confirmation email from the Seller.

Images, dimensions, and descriptions displayed on the Website are provided for reference only. While we strive for accuracy, we do not guarantee complete freedom from errors or variations.

3. Nature of Goods

All products are sold as decorative and handcrafted lifestyle items, intended solely for personal enjoyment and aesthetic appreciation. No medical, spiritual, or functional claims are made.

4. Orders and Prices

The Buyer is responsible for ensuring all order details are accurate before submission.
Prices are those displayed on the Website at the time of purchase and may include applicable taxes but exclude shipping costs.
If a manifest pricing error is identified, the Seller reserves the right to cancel the order and issue a full refund, even if the Goods have been dispatched.

5. Payment Terms

5.1
The Buyer shall complete payment through the secure checkout system provided on the Website. Charges will be made only after the Seller confirms acceptance of the order. All payments are made directly to WASON TRADING LIMITED (Sfytrading), and no third-party collection or settlement service is involved.

5.2
The Website uses payment technology that complies with internationally recognised security standards, and all transaction data are encrypted and protected. Buyers may select any available payment method shown at checkout, including but not limited to credit cards, debit cards, or other licensed electronic payment methods. Transactions are processed in the currency displayed on the Website, and any foreign-exchange or cross-border fees are determined by the Buyer’s bank or payment provider.

5.3
The Buyer is responsible for ensuring that all payment information submitted is accurate and valid. The Seller is not liable for delays or failures in payment processing caused by banking systems, payment networks, or internet issues. The Seller reserves the right to modify, add, or suspend any payment method at its discretion without prior notice.

5.4
If the Buyer fails to complete payment or reverses a transaction, the Seller may cancel the order or withhold delivery until full cleared payment is received. Where permitted by law, overdue amounts may accrue interest at a rate of 1 percent (1%) per month.

5.5
All payments must be made using the authorised methods listed on the Website. The Seller shall not be responsible for any loss arising from payments made outside those channels or to unauthorised accounts.

5.6
Refunds will be issued via the original payment method once a valid return or cancellation has been approved by the Seller. Processing times depend on the Buyer’s bank or payment provider. The Seller does not issue refunds through internal wallets, credits, or points.

5.7
The Seller reserves the right to adjust payment and refund procedures in accordance with applicable laws or payment-partner requirements without prior notice.

6. Shipping and Delivery

Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days after confirmation.
A tracking number (if available) will be provided once the order has been dispatched.
Delivery is deemed complete once confirmed by the carrier or courier.
If parcels are returned due to incorrect addresses or failure to collect, the Buyer shall bear any additional re-shipping costs.

The Seller shall not be liable for any delay caused by customs, logistics disruptions, weather, or other force majeure events, though reasonable assistance will be provided where possible.

7. Returns and Refunds

Returns are accepted within 14 days of receipt, provided that the Goods are unused and remain in their original packaging.
Custom, personalised, or sale items are non-returnable unless proven defective.

Unauthorised returns may not be accepted. Refunds will be processed once returned items have been inspected and approved.

8. Risk and Title

Risk in the Goods passes to the Buyer upon collection by the carrier.
Title to the Goods shall pass to the Buyer only after the Seller has received full cleared payment for all amounts due.

9. Warranty and Limitation of Liability

The Seller warrants that all Goods conform in all material respects to their description at the time of delivery.
All Goods are sold strictly for decorative use only.
The Seller makes no express or implied warranties as to medical, therapeutic, or spiritual benefits.

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

The Seller shall not be liable for any loss of profits, business interruption, or indirect or consequential damages; and
The Seller’s total cumulative liability under any Contract shall not exceed the total amount paid by the Buyer for the relevant order.

Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes any statutory rights afforded to the Buyer under applicable consumer protection laws.

10. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales.
The parties shall first attempt to resolve any disputes amicably and in good faith.
If resolution cannot be reached, any disputes shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.

11. Changes

The Seller may update these Terms and Conditions from time to time.
Any revisions shall take effect upon publication on the Website.
Continued use of the Website or placement of new orders constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
